Samir Makhlouf est né à Tunis en 1964.Diplômé en architecture en 1992, il transpose sa formation de manipulateur de structures spatiales vers l’espace de la cognition. Avec ses trois amis L.Ennajeh, F.Mselmi et A. Rehouma, alors encore étudiants, il introduit la théorie de la Déconstruction à l’Ecole d’Architecture de Tunis. Depuis 2001, il y enseigne l’architecture.
